Is the Ranger Rifle better than a semi-auto rifle?
The two systems have a similar purpose, but address different requirements. If you have the need to put down large volumes of fire, then a semi-auto is for you. If you can deal with threats in your area with 10 to 20 rounds (and more from your patrol), and want something light-weight and trouble free, then it’s the Ranger Rifle.
Why shouldn’t I just buy a shotgun?
For many reasons! A shotgun is inferior to a rifle beyond anything more than close range, and in situations needing greater penetration (like being charged by a buffalo). Especially important to law enforcement, a shotgun’s spread of pellets has high potential for injuring bystanders, while a well-aimed round from a rifle causes near instant incapacitation, with little risk of collateral damage. A rifle has fewer parts to malfunction than a shotgun, is easier to maintain, and the detachable box magazine provides more ammunition and quicker reloads.
Can I get the Ranger Rifle in different colours?
Ranger Green’ was chosen for the Ranger Rifle after surveying conservation staff across multiple regions, as the most universally applicable colour. Specific orders can be provided in Black and Flat Dark Earth, and even branded for your company/organisation (quantity dependant).
Is the Ranger Rifle available in different calibres?
We are currently developing a model chambered in .22 long rifle for cost effective training, or just good old fashioned plinking fun. The Ranger Rifle itself is chambered in .308 Winchester (and can accept 7.62x51mm NATO) because it is one of the most common cartridges around the world, and has the proven capacity to be effective against both man and animal. Other calibres can be made available for specific unit orders.

Can you export the Ranger Rifle?
